Driveways on the residential streets between Rising Sun Avenue and Levick Street are ideal and a garage is better still. The exceptions are the commercial stretch of Rising Sun itself, where angled parking leaves no working room alongside a car, and the narrower blocks running down toward Adams Avenue.
A kerbside job is the full job rather than a reduced version of it. The correct pane is confirmed against your car before it is loaded, the pinchweld is primed rather than skipped over, the urethane comes from in-date stock and goes down as one bead, new mouldings replace the old, and the cube clean-out reaches inside the door skin. The honest limit is weather. Wind blows grit onto a prepared bond line and rain stops urethane curing as it should, so a bad day moves a windshield either into your garage or into the bay.
