This is the hardest neighbourhood we cover for kerbside work and it is worth being plain about why. The blocks are parked to capacity by early evening, the streets are narrow enough that a van standing beside a car blocks the only lane there is, and there are very few driveways to fall back on. What works instead is a lot. If you can leave the car where you work, or in a lot while you spend an hour doing something else, the job runs exactly as it would on a quiet street: room on both sides, nobody held up behind us, and no permit clock counting down while the urethane sets.
